AGING: Selection of 1906, 1908 and 1914 eaux-de-vie among the rarest in our Paradis (cellar holding our oldest eaux-de-vie). Bottled in 1983 by Jacques Hardy.
IDEAL SERVE: Neat or over ice.
NOSE: Nutmeg, candied fruit and leather
PALATE: Cigar box, cedar, orange peel
FINISH: Exceptional length and complexity
