GRAPE VARIETIES: Ugni Blanc - Folle Blanche - Colombard
ABV: 41%
PRODUCTION: Six Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie selected by Armand Hardy, a different blend to Printemps. A more honeyed development reminiscent of the summer season.
AGING: Eaux-de-vie collected between the two world wars for their exceptional finesse. Among the rarest in our Paradis (cellar holding our oldest eaux-de-vie).
IDEAL SERVE: Neat or over ice
NOSE: Hay, fig, plum
PALATE: Honney, cinnamon, hint of coffee
FINISH: Rancio
